WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Sacharuna Clinic is located in the jungle near the city of Iquitos, Peru, in the heart of Peruvian Amazon! Our first own facility: Norma Panduro's Estrella Ayahuasca Centre is located on km 45.5 of the Iquitos - Nauta road, having 18,5 HA of private rainforest. We are at 10 minutes bus trip to nearby river Itaya, 1 hour comfortable bus trip to Iquitos downtown or 40 minutes trip directly from Iquitos airport that connects us with the capital Lima and some other peruvian cities.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF SACHARUNA CLINIC?
Sacharuna Clinic is an educational and research foundation dedicated to the exploration of human consciousness and knowledge of medicinal plants native of South America’s rain forests.
Our concentration and exploration are currently focused foremost on the properties of the Ayahuasca brew consisting of Banisteriopsis Caapi and Psychotria Viridis plants.
Our main vision is to provide an alternative healing option to people suffering from all kind of illnesses, especially the most difficult ones our world is facing today.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?
Our goals and the spectrum of our work are divided in the following sections:

HEALING
As mention above we will try to successfully heal people from mental and physical conditions that are still considered big challenges for our current world, through energetic fields and proven medicinal plants effectiveness. Treatment for patients includes comfort in a natural environment and serious dedication at lowest prices possible that cover basic costs.

RESEARCH
We will study the vast arsenal of shamanistic healing techniques exclusively and in combination with other alternative healing therapies as Acupuncture, Reiki, Family Constellation, Hypnotherapy and Wave sounds as well as the use of medicinal plants from Peruvian rainforest which are used by shamans/curanderos and “vegetalistas”, focusing in the patients response and evolution of their healing process during their stay in our Clinic.

RECREATION
We do offer authentic Ayahuasca ceremonies for “Recreational Guests” that are willing to explore and experience a spiritual path through Soul Transformation that often occur after taking part in only one or a few “Drink of God” ceremonies.
We are planning to organize boat expeditions to remote and exciting unique parts of Peruvian Amazon for flora and fauna observation and to be in contact with indigenous tribes as well to participate in their local ceremonies.

EDUCATION
We are in process of creating a shamanistic training center open to interested people from around the world, who want to take part in a personalized shaman/curandero teaching that will respond to their needs and time availability, spanning from weeks to months to even years of guidance. That way we will try to preserve this rapid fading universal knowledge.

HOW DO I GET TO SACHARUNA CLINIC THAT IS LOCATED AROUND THE CITY OF IQUITOS IN PERU?
There is no direct international connection to the jungle city of Iquitos. So you need to take a flight to Peru's capital Lima and from there change to a local domestic flight! The direct flight from Lima to Iquitos takes 1 h 30 min but if it goes through Pucallpa or Tarapoto it takes a bit longer. Flights usually depart from Lima early in the morning or later on the evening. We do recommend you to order a flight through internet (that way you save money instead of buying a last minute ticket in Lima’s airport which is usually at a much higher price and / or you will not risk to get a situation where there is no space available for that particular date you want to fly from Lima to Iquitos!

At the airport of Iquitos, a Sacharuna Clinic Representative will greet and take you to our Norma Panduro’s Ayahuasca Estrella Centre or to a hotel in Iquitos Downtown in the case of a late landing time arrival; for security reasons, no transportation to the centre are made in the darkness of the jungle, so if you want to arrive to our facility the same day as you arrive to Iquitos you have to catch a departing morning airplane from Lima.
HOW DO I PAY MY “SHAMANIC JOURNEY” OR ANOTHER OF SACHARUNA CLINIC PROGRAMS?
- For our “Shamanic Journey” (a program specified for our Recreational Guests) we do ask you to fill our reservation form that you will find under the following page:

- Then we do require a minimum deposit or full payment to reserve your dates from a minimum of: 550$ / person (what is a full and discounted price for "group" reservations for 1 week: 7 days / 6 night program) or: 650$ / person (what is a full price for single arriving guests for the same 1 week: 7 days / 6 night program).
650$ transfer is even our minimum required deposit to reserv your space of our longer programs: 2 weeks / 3 weeks or 4 weeks programs.
(you are of course welcome to make a full payment of the total cost of our longer programs using a bank transfer to our official peruvian bank account specified below in this section).
Either you choose to do: a) full / payment transfer or b) minimum reservation deposit: we require from our guests to do it at least 14 days before your desired arrival date, thank you
- For more than 1 week programs if only a minimal deposit was made before your arrival to Iquitos, Peru: you will need to pay your balance of your "Shamanic Journey" once arrived in Iquitos either:
a) directly in US dollars cash to our Organization Manager or:
b) deposit it to our bank account inside of Interbank located on street Próspero (what is 5 min walk from the "Plaza de Armas" : what is the main square in the downtown of Iquitos)
in both cases before your physicall arrival to our center to benefit from our price discounts
(please note: that most ATMs in Iquitos and Peru limit withdraws to $500 daily, so you may need to bring the cash with you to pay your journey balance; in case the full transfered payment was not done to us before your arrival)
